HMB is a metabolic product from the amino acid leucin. Several studies have shown that this product reduces the exercise-related muscle cell strain and pain. Thereby the muscular strength increases faster.
The positive effect of HMB is more pronounced if fitness training is combined with endurance. Studies have further shown HBM to positively increase the burning of fat.
Dosage: ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) one hour before exercise and additional ½ teaspoon directly after. Days without exercise: ½ spoon in the morning and in the evening.
Dissolve the powder in a cup (1dl) of warm water.
Content: 100g of HBM (Beta-hydroxy beta-metylbutyrat).
