Apple cider vinegar contains more then 30 nutritional substances in combination with minerals, vitamins, enzymes and pectin. A daily intake improves digestion and metabolism, reduces fat-uptake and normalizes the micro flora of the bowel. Further, it is thought to reduce overweight, osteoporosis and vascular and rheumatic diseases. The pectin is of main importance.
